AB9 Bet Terms & Conditions — Complete Information in Plain Language

Ab9 bet (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "ab9 bet") is an international online betting and gaming service operating under a Curacao eGaming license. These Terms govern the legal relationship between you and ab9 bet regarding your use of the Platform.

These terms are written in Bengali; however, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail. By using the platform, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Any changes to your registration details must be made through the support team — you cannot update them directly yourself.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify ab9 bet immediately.

You are responsible for all activity on your account — including actions taken by any third party who gains access — unless you have notified ab9 bet in advance.

The minimum age to open an ab9 bet account is 18. Providing false information about your age during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more.
• When changing payment methods.
• When suspicious activity is detected.
• When specifically requested by ab9 bet.

Ab9 bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each payment method has a minimum deposit amount — generally ৳500. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your account tier.

• Deposits must be made using a mobile number or bank account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments (from another person's mobile number) are not accepted and will be returned if flagged as suspicious.

• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn immediately — there must be some betting or gaming activity on the account first.

To withdraw from ab9 bet, your account must have a sufficient balance and any pending bonus wagering must be completed first. Withdrawals must be made via your registered payment method.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum limit varies depending on your VIP level.
• Withdrawals for Bronze members are typically processed within 15 minutes, and within 5 minutes for Gold members.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more.
• In suspicious circumstances, ab9 bet may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

Ab9 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own set of terms detailed on the bonus page. It is important to read those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time frame. Once the validity period expires, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• Only eligible games and markets count toward meeting wagering requirements — some games may not contribute at all, or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time; two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Using fake bets or multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in the bonus being voided and the account being closed.

Ab9 bet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already activated will not generally be affected.

Once a bet is confirmed at ab9 bet, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out option is available. All bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant market.

• If an error is found in the odds, ab9 bet reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the match begins. Bets placed after the designated cut-off time will not be accepted.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum winnings may be capped depending on the market and bet type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab9 bet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to bypass or undermine the platform's security systems.
• Coordinating bets with other members or engaging in syndicate betting.

Ab9 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breaching these Terms — particularly in cases of fraud or multiple accounts.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (generally 24 months).
• At the member's own request — as part of responsible gaming.

If a valid balance remains in the account at the time of closure and is not linked to any fraudulent activity, arrangements will be made to return those funds.

The personal information you provide to ab9 bet is used solely for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and customer support. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Ab9 bet places responsible gaming at the very top of its priorities. The following tools are always available to every member:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary self-exclusion for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 months).
• Permanent self-exclusion — closing your account for good.
• Information and referrals to professional support organisations.

Activating these options is completely free and carries no penalties. Contact Support and action will be taken immediately.

Ab9 bet provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. ab9 bet is not directly liable for any losses arising from internet outages, server issues, or third-party payment provider failures — however, every effort will be made to resolve such problems promptly.

For any dispute or complaint, you must first attempt to resolve it through the ab9 bet support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 7 days, you may proceed through Curacao eGaming's dispute resolution process.

• Submit a detailed complaint to support@ab9bet.net.
• All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complex cases typically take 7–14 business days to resolve.

Ab9 bet may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Minor updates will be reflected on the page itself — the "Last Updated" date will indicate when changes were made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you find any term unacceptable, you have the right to close your account — any valid balance will be returned.
